Honestly, there are so many events that are, or might be, part of the fall festival that you could pretty much celebrate the harvest from mid-September right though the first week of December. But among the events you don’t want to miss are the two big weekends, October 18-19 and 26-27, which feature Après Crush (north and south), a lively grazing event that showcases harvest-inspired bites and B.C. wines. Plus this year sees the launch of an online auction in support of the Okanagan Wine Festivals Society, one of Canada’s largest (and at 44 years old, longest-lasting) not-for-profit wine industry festival and marketing organizations.
