Summertime in Vancouver means dining al fresco and some of the region’s most stunning fresh produce and there’s no better setting than a rooftop garden situated amidst the downtown skyline.

The dinner series, set among twinkling lights and manicured gardens on the pool level of the downtown hotel, features themed menus and curated beverages.

Each event begins with a cocktail reception and canapes, followed by a garden and bee tour, and concludes with a multi-course dinner paired with Okanagan wines. Every dinner will have a different menu based on what’s in season and will feature a different B.C. winery. The wine pairings are included in the dinner price, as is the reception cocktail.

The dinners, which run once a month this summer, spotlight the herbs and produce from the garden along with regional ingredients, honey from the hotel’s own hives.

You may even get the chance to get up close and personal with the bees, which is an exhilarating experience.
